Q: What is Notes de la Lune?
A: It's a club for lovers of letters and vintage collectibles. Members receive stamped envelopes directly from France containing letters recounting life abroad, vintage postcards, and carefully selected decorative items for their journal each month.
Q: What language are the letters in?
A: The main content of the letters is written in English. Collectibles such as postcards, old paper, stickers, or other prints may include French or English depending on their origin.
Q: What design will the postcards be?
A: The postcards are "assorted." Because we use genuine vintage postcards from our limited stock, the designs in each envelope will be different to provide a unique experience just for you.

Q: Where are they shipped from, and how long does it take?
A: All letters are sent from a post office in a small village in France (La Poste). International delivery including Thailand, they usually take about 10-21 business days to arrive, depending on the international postal system at any given time.
Q: Is there a tracking number for the package?
A: To keep subscriptions accessible and maintain the traditional "letter" format, we send them as regular mail, which does not include a tracking number. However, if you do not receive your letter within 30 days, please contact us immediately so we can help you check.
Q: What is the cutoff date and when are letters sent?
A: We cut off subscriptions on the 15th of each month and send letters by the 20th of the month so that everyone receives their letters at the beginning of the following month.

Q: What is a subscription?
A: A subscription is an "automatic booking" system to ensure you receive letters from us every month without having to re-order.
The subscription fee will be automatically deducted on the 5th of each month, and we will prepare and send you a new envelope as soon as the cutoff date has passed.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Absolutely! You can cancel anytime through your Account page on the website before the billing cycle date.

A: The freebies, such as stickers, old paper, or small pictures, are designed for you to use to decorate your journal, planner, or even as collectibles to decorate your work corner.
