Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Flexibility

We want your journey with Notes de la Lune to be filled with joy, not obligation. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time, including after your initial order has been processed.

2. Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled mailing, please complete your cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date (the 5th of each month).

  • If you cancel after the billing date has passed, your cancellation will apply to the following month’s cycle.

3. How to Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Customer Portal on our website:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to 'Manage Subscriptions'.

  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@notesdelalune.com for assistance.

4. Refunds

  • Initial Orders: Once an initial order is placed and charged, it is considered final as we begin the hand-selection and crafting process immediately.

  • Recurring Orders: Since our letters and vintage treasures are curated specifically for our active members, recurring charges are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure you cancel before the 5th if you do not wish to receive the next month's mail.
