Q: ส่งจากไหน และใช้เวลานานเท่าไหร่?

A: จดหมายทั้งหมดจัดส่งจากที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในหมู่บ้านเล็กๆ แห่งหนึ่งในฝรั่งเศส (La Poste) สำหรับการจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงประเทศไทย โดยปกติจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 10-21 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับระบบไปรษณีย์ระหว่างประเทศในแต่ละช่วงเวลาค่ะ

Q: มีเลข Tracking สำหรับติดตามพัสดุไหม?

A: เพื่อให้ค่าสมาชิกเข้าถึงง่ายและคงความเป็น "จดหมาย" แบบดั้งเดิม เราจึงส่งแบบจดหมายธรรมดาซึ่งไม่มีเลข Tracking ค่ะ แต่หากจดหมายไม่ถึงมือภายใน 30 วัน สามารถติดต่อเราได้ทันทีเพื่อช่วยตรวจสอบค่ะ

Q: ตัดรอบวันไหน และส่งเมื่อไหร่?

A: เราตัดรอบทุกวันที่ 15 ของเดือน และส่งจดหมายภายในวันที่ 20 ของเดือน เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้รับจดหมายต้นเดือนถัดไปค่ะ

Q: Where are they shipped from, and how long does it take?

A: All letters are sent from a post office in a small village in France (La Poste). International delivery including Thailand, they usually take about 10-21 business days to arrive, depending on the international postal system at any given time.

Q: Is there a tracking number for the package?

A: To keep subscriptions accessible and maintain the traditional "letter" format, we send them as regular mail, which does not include a tracking number. However, if you do not receive your letter within 30 days, please contact us immediately so we can help you check.

Q: What is the cutoff date and when are letters sent?

A: We cut off subscriptions on the 15th of each month and send letters by the 20th of the month so that everyone receives their letters at the beginning of the following month.
